befuddled by multiple contrary truths
she pauses her lifetime rapt yet bestilled
she weaves a loving meditation hut
from out her own inconsequential substance
of a pattern too crafty for intellect
slows her breath, waits alone, but unlonesome

oddly enough, there is nutrition
in what’s overcome, relegated to pastness
there is an ephemeral sparkle of transcendence
in the faith that the next transformation is cosmic

        Dear Robert,

As you observed, it is fractal indeed! The image is sourced from one of my posts discussing psychology, mindfulness, meditation, spirituality, philosophy, religion, Nature and so on. Hopefully, this post can be of considerable interest to you, insofar as I have distilled a great deal of observations and conclusions along certain themes. One of the investigated areas concerns being present in the moment with awareness and (engaged) mindfulness. There are also detailed analyses on existential issues, including those pertaining to “change” as well as “being” and “becoming”.

In addition, I have touched on many issues in my multipronged discussions on process philosophy (also known as processism, philosophy of organism, or ontology of becoming) in relation to change, causality, (in)determinism, metaphysical reality, stoic philosophy as well as the philosophy of space and time, in the concluding section of the post.

Entitled “🔄📈📉 Change Rules and Moment Matters: How to Stay in the Moment 🔖🕰️🔂“, this multifaceted post is published at

Hi S.E. (not aware of your first name, far as I recall). Thanks for your link. I think we have been down this general pathway before. What I have learned from life is that analytically is not the best way to deal with or express about humanistic topics such as happiness, transforming, stillness, and so on. It only muddies the matter. One must do these things, not intellectualize them. In paticular, it is not possible to technologically measure ‘happiness’ as one of the items in your massive post claims. A simple poetic approach which yields material for contemplation (after doing some inner work) is far better in my view than any materials which are excessively theoretical and intellectualized. But that is me. I am familiar with most of the persons and items mentioned in your post. I travelled that way long ago. Good luck!

Hi S.E. — Yes I visited it. I have told you so 🙂 The reason I responded where I did is because you chose to discuss this lengthy thread of yours within a comment to my blog. It was quite a natural thing to do.

An insightful poetic description into transformation and wonderful photo of caterpillar about to transform into a butterfly.

I was wondering what had become of you.

You haven’t been on WP for awhile.

thanks! I got slightly ill end of last year, and then once the hiatus took, after I recuperated it seemed to last awhile… now I think I am feeling writing in the veins again 🙂
