Our birth is a question vast beings are asking; Our life is the eloquence of our guileless reply.

These things I will take forward…
the emotional depth in a musical tone,
the seeing how some work for truth within words,
the tendency or not to make space for beauty,
the recognition of value intangible in a stranger,
the appeal or not of a distant acquaintance,
the purity of moments feeling another’s divinity,
the impulse towards kindness where no profit lies,
the greatness of sacrifice when no gain is possible,
the sublime quality within freely paid attention,
the knowing beyond proving when intuition hums soft,
the tasting of love within a meal’s preparation,
the gifting inherent in the shine of moon and sun,
the vigor concealed within giving over taking,
the certitude that all of this world is created,
These things I will take forward…
without any striving or deliberated effort
they never again can be foreign to my being,
for this is the way the universe is fashioned.
